- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Went in to branch with documents to prove ID. Girl there managed to leave my passport on the photocopier until reminded I might want it back, and then wrote her own name wrong on the certification, leading to it being rejected - perhaps she was still asleep, she certainly wasnt paying any attention to what she was doing. So, I had to spend 23 mins on the phone this morning trying to sort it out, followed by a repeat journey in to branch with documents at some point when I can find time. Not convinced I should trust these clowns with any actual money....By Admin, November 08, 2018
