    Absolutely appalling customer service. We selected 6 packs of garden stones which indicated a price of £5.99 each or buy 3 for £15. The bill should therefore, have totalled £30 but we were asked for £36. We explained about the offer but the cashier (Keira) said in a firm voice "we have to go by the till and the till says £36. We asked for the manager and they telephoned him and said "so what do we go with, the price labelling or the till" - we were told he opted for the till price of £36. We said we wouldnt bother with the purchase but happened to see the manager (David) on the way out and explained the situation to him. He said in an off-hand manner, we go by what the till says. We explained that that isnt right and people were being mislead. He said, staff key the prices into the till and I cant check everything they do. We said "but we explained at the till that clearly the till was incorrect, you were consulted in this regard and you therefore, had the opportunity to amend this obvious error. We are two women in our 50s and he is quite a stocky chap and he arrogantly stepped up close to one of us in a threatening manner and replied "I havent got to put up with your abuse". We had not so much as raised our voices and we had been polite throughout. Needless, to say, we wont be returning to this establishment in the future..

    Booked cab 3 days in advance, and received text confirming date, time, and pick-up point. Didnt show up. Phoned Broadway Cars and was told the cab would be 10 minutes. Still didnt show up. Phoned again, and was told again it would be another 10 minutes. This went on for over an hour. Finally gave up & got a cab from another firm. When you tell a client several times that the cab is 10 minutes away and it doesnt show up, you cannot be trusted. Terrible service.
